Jammu, Jul 16: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha laid wreath and paid homage to Captain Brijesh Thapa, Naik D Rajesh, Sepoy Bijendra and Sepoy Ajay, who have made supreme sacrifice during anti-terror operation in Doda.
