Srinagar, Jun 22: Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri Saturday extended his warm greetings on the birth anniversary of Shri Guru Hargobind Ji to the people in general & to the followers of Sikhism in particular.

He hoped this auspicious day would strengthen the brotherhood among communities and foster peace, progress and prosperity in region.
