18th Foundation Day: Aryans Group of Colleges announces Scholarship worth Rs 18 cr

Chandigarh, Jun 08: The students, staff and management of Aryans Group of Colleges on Saturday day celebrated the 18th Foundation Day.

On the occasion, total scholarship of Rs 18 Crores was announced by Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh for needy & deserving students in various courses at Aryans. On the occasion various activities were organized at Aryans Campus and Chandigarh.

Representatives of various educational association across nation were special guest including Syed Shameel Ahmed, National President, Private School Association & Child Welfare: GN War, Jammu & Kashmir; Farzana Shakeel, Uttar Pradesh; Abhijit Benerjee, Uttar Pradesh; Rama Chandar Nayar, Kerala; Fozia Khan, Bihar; Javed Khan, Uttar Pradesh etc.

Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group while addressing that scholarship is available in different courses like B.Tech, Pharma, Law, Paramedical, Physiotherapy, MBA, BBA, BCA, Polytechnic etc. Students who are interested in getting scholarship can contact on free helpline 098762-99888, 098765-99888, or log on to www.aryans.edu.in for more information.

He added that more said that under this model, partial scholarship will be doled out purely on merit basis. A part of the scholarship will be paid by Aryans Group of Colleges, a part will be paid by a bank as education loan and the remaining part will be borne by the students.

Established in 2007, the Group is running 8 different colleges including Aryans College of Engineering, Aryans Business School, Aryans Institute of Management & Technology, Aryans College of Education, Aryans Institute of Nursing, Aryans Degree College, Aryans College of Law & Aryans College of Pharmacy. The organization is committed to provide high quality education to its students.

It is to be mentioned that Aryans celebrates the birthday of Mrs Rajni Kataria (Co-founder), beloved mother of Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman & Dr. Parveen Kataria, Director General of Aryans Group as the Foundation Day every year.

While celebrating 18th foundation day, to encourage the ongoing pursuit of excellence, Aryans group also honoured around top 40 performers with the Appreciation Awards for their excellent commitment to student achievement and contributions in their respective fields. As part of their recognition, each honoree received an Appreciation certificate with other various prizes.
