New Delhi, Apr 15: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha Monday attended a Book release function at New Delhi. The book ‘The Art of Implementation-How Modi Ki Guarantee is Delivered’ is an anthology of articles.

The event was graced by Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman.

The publication has been edited by Dr Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and Mukul Priyadarshi. In his address, the Lt Governor congratulated the publisher, SGT University and the editorial team and conveyed his best wishes.

He said the publication offers an in-depth analysis of various facets of Leadership, Governance & Policy and Delivery Architecture, and presented a detailed insight from those who played a key role in policy formulation and implementation.

The book explores inclusive, progressive, and sustainable development approach and how effective policy implementation has created equity and opportunity for all citizens, the Lt Governor added.

He said the article dedicated to the six guiding principles of implementation – ABCDEF- Align, Believe, Communicate, Democratise, Evaluate and Follow-Through will inspire the young generation and policy-makers.

The Lt Governor said ideas and innovation are new wealth of the nation. He said Academic Institutions’ growing orientation towards research and innovation will produce unparalleled outcomes in the future that will have impact-making contributions in socio-economic development.

The Lt Governor also paid tributes to Rambhau Mhalgi and remembered his significant contribution to nation-building.

Manohar Lal Khattar, former Chief Minister Haryana; Ram Bahadur Rai, President IGNCA; Dr Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and Mukul Priyadarshi- Editors of the book and prominent personalities from diverse fields were present.
