Srinagar, Mar 20: The Election Commission of India (ECI) issued the notification for the first phase of the parliamentary polls, to be conducted on April 19.

Like other states, the notification has also been issued for Udhampur parliamentary comstituency.

As per the notification, the last date for filing nominations is March 28 while March 30 will be the date for scrutiny of nominations.

According to the notification, April 2 will be the last date for withdrawal of candidatures.

Pertinently, the ECI has announced seven-phased elections from April 19 while in the first phase, 102 parliamentary constituency will go for the polls on April 19.
