The fire occurred yesterday and caused extensive damage to several shops and buildings, leaving many families in distress.

Youth Leader Fairoz Khan joined the residents of Pogal Paristan in taking to the streets to protest and block roads, demanding the establishment of a fire station in Ukhral and compensation for the affected individuals.

In response to these demands, Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, swiftly ordered the deployment of fire tenders in Ukhral and Khari to address the area’s fire safety needs.

While thanking the people and DC Ramban for their swift response, the issue of compensation for the victims remains unresolved, raising concerns about the financial well-being of those affected.

Fairoz Khan has emphasized the urgency of providing adequate compensation to the affected families, highlighting the significant losses incurred as a result of the fire.

He has also stressed the importance of establishing a fire service station in Ukhral to enhance the region’s firefighting capabilities and ensure prompt responses to future emergencies.
