Dry Spell: People offer Salat-Ul-Istisqa at Jama Masjid, other mosques

Srinagar, Jan 12: Amidst the persistent dry spell, the Muslims in Srinagar and elsewhere offered Salat-Ul-Istisqa today after the Friday prayers.

The special prayers were offered by thousands of people across the Valley to seek Almighty’s mercy as the Kashmir Valley has not witnessed any wet spell so far in winters, which according to experts could have serious repercussions in the future.
