Weather to remain cloudy till Oct 28

Srinagar, Oct 25: Weatherman on Wednesday said that there is no forecast for any major rain or snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir till November 2.

A meteorological department official here told GNS that during next 24 hours, weather is likely to be clear to partly cloudy at most places of J&K and Ladakh.

From October 25-28, he said, mainly clear to partly cloudy weather is expected in J&K and Ladakh.

From October 29, he said, weather is expected to be generally cloudy with light rain/snow over isolated higher reaches.

From October 30-31, he said, weather is likely to be partly cloudy weather.
From November 1-2, he said, partly to generally cloudy weather was expected in J&K and Ladakh.

“There is no forecast of any major rain/snowfall till November 2,” he said
The weather is favorable for harvesting and safe storage of crops as well as all outdoor activities.
