Two Non-Locals Shot At, Injured In Anantnag: Police

Srinagar, July 18: Two non-locals were injured after unidentified gunmen suspected to be militants fired upon them in Lal Chowk area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday night.

A top police officer said both of them were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where their condition is said to be stable. Their identification was not available at the time of filing this report.

Meanwhile, the whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers, the officer added.
