Police arrests man for firing with licensed pistol at marriage party in Srinagar

Srinagar, Nov 12: Police on Saturday arrested a person for firing with his licence pistol during a marriage ceremony here. The person identified as Moin Khan son of Ghulam Mustafa Khan of Peerbagh has been accused of endangering lives of others during the ceremony in Aloochibagh here.

“The person is habitual offender in this regards,” the police said in a tweet , adding, “FIR no 83 (has been) registered in Police Station Shergari and pistol also seized.”
