Congress Leader Mohammad Yaqoob Vakil Passes Away

Srinagar, Sept 3: Senior congress leader and former associate of Awami Action Committee Mohammad Yaqoob Vakil passed away this morning, family sources said. Namaz-e-Jinazah is being offered shortly, they said.
