Two militants killed in two seperate encounters, operations ongoing

Srinagar: Police on Tuesday claimed to have killed two militants in two different anti militancy operations in Tujjan area of Pulwama in South Kashmir and in Tulibal area of Sopore in North Kashmir. The operations in these area are in progress.

According to Police the encounter broke out in Tujjan area of south Kashmir late last night. Early morning today police said that one militant has been killed in the operation.

In another operation in north Kashmir’s Sopore, the gunfight erupted during the intervening night and one militant has been killed in the ongoing operation.

The identity of both the killed militants is yet to be ascertained.
