Srinagar, May 26: Three LeT militants were killed on Thursday in Jumagund area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district, Inspector General of Police Vijay Kumar said.

“All three militants killed, affiliated with proscribed militant outfit LeT. Identification being ascertained. Incriminating materials including arms & ammunition recovered,” he tweeted.

Earlier police said that based on a specific input developed by Kupwara Police an encounter took place with the “infiltrating” militants.
