Govt Brings Registration Of Revenue Documents Within Public Services Guarantee Act

Srinagar, Jan 27: Government on Thursday brought registration of revenue documents within the purview of Jammu and Kashmir Public Services Guarantee Act, 2011.

Two days time-line has been set for registration of documents with the designated officer— Sub-Registrar and Registrar. Two days time has been set for the delivery of Registered documents, according to an order issued by the government.

Two days have been allotted for issuance of certified copy of a duplicate document.

Separately also, 15 days time has been set for signage License for advertisement by Housing & Urban Development Department.

Also, seven days time has been set for sanction for storage of Construction Material including rubbish and excavated earth on the public road or pavement during construction of building (s).

Separately, NOC for installation of DG Sets upto 100 KVA has been fixed at 15 days from Executive Engineer Power Development Department.

There would be 30 days for NOC for installation of DG Sets above 100 KVA, the order adds.
