J&K Reports 3 More Covid-19 Deaths, 165 Fresh Cases

Srinagar, Nov 10: Jammu and Kashmir reported 165 fresh covid-19 cases while three persons succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Wednesday.

Among the fresh cases, 18 were reported from Jammu Division and 147 from Kashmir, taking the overall tally to 333490.

There were three more deaths due to the virus, two from Kashmir and one from Jammu, during the last 24 hours, they said. So far 4448—2178 in Jammu and 2270 in Kashmir—have died due to the pathogen, they said.

Giving district wise details, the officials said that Srinagar reported 68 cases, Baramulla 30, Budgam 17, Pulwama 1, Kupwara 7, Anantnag 0, Bandipora 9, Ganderbal 15, Kulgam 0, Shopian 0, Jammu 9, Udhampur 0, Rajouri 2, Doda 2, Kathua 0, Samba 1, Kishtwar 0, Poonch 3, Ramban 0 and Reasi 1.

Moreover, 131 Covid-19 patients recovered during the time, 20 from Jammu Division and 111 from Kashmir, they said.

So far 327681patients have recovered, leaving active case tally at 1230—155 in Jammu and 1075 in Kashmir.

They said there was no new confirmed case of mucormycosis (black fungus) reported today. So far 49 black fungus cases have been confirmed in J&K, the officials said.

The government also informed that 79419 doses of covid-19 vaccine were administered during the time in J&K.
