Srinagar: Day after India crossed 4 lakh cases a day mark, over 3.9 lakh fresh cases of corona virus and over 3 thousand deaths have been reported in last 24 hours.

According to Union Health Ministry 3,92,488 new COVID19 cases, 3689 deaths have been recorded and 3,07,865 discharges have been done in the last 24 hours.

The new case record took the tally of total cases to 1,95,57,457, while total recoveries are 1,59,92,271.

While tthe death toll due to Pandemic has reached 2,15,542, the number of active cases is 33,49,644.

The second wave of the novel corona virus has hit the country badly as many states are gasping for breath, claiming shortage of oxygen.
