21 Travellers Among 94 Fresh Corona Cases In J&K

Srinagar, Mar 15: Twenty-one travellers were among 94 fresh novel coronavirus cases reported in Jammu and Kashmir in the last 24 hours, officials said on Monday. While no fresh death due to the virus happened during the time, nine among the fresh cases were reported from Jammu and 85 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total case tally to 127734.
Giving district-wise details, the officials said Srinagar reported 49 cases, Baramulla 6, Budgam 7, Pulwama 6, Kupwara 13, Anantnag 2, Bandipora 0, Ganderbal 1, Kulgam 1, Shopian 0, Jammu 9, Udhampur 0, Rajouri 0, Doda 0, Kathua 0, Samba 0, Kishtwar 0, Poonch 0, Ramban 0 and Reasi 0.
Moreover, they said, 77 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals—12 from Jammu Division and 65 from Kashmir Valley.
There are 937 active cases—209 in Jammu and 728 in Kashmir. So far 124823 have recovered—51289 in Jammu and 73534 in Kashmir. 1974 people have died—730 in Jammu and 1244 in the Valley.
