J&K Reports One Covid-19 Death, 75 Fresh Cases

Srinagar, Mar 11: Jammu and Kashmir reported 75 fresh covid-19 cases, including 22 travellers, even as one more person succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said Thursday.
They said 65 of the fresh cases were reported from Kashmir and ten from the Jammu division, taking the total case tally to 127363.
Among the fresh cases, Srinagar reported 39 cases, Baramulla 4, Budgam 4, Pulwama 3, Kupwara 0,
Anantnag 8, Bandipora 2, Ganderbal 0, Kulgam 3, Shopian 2, Jammu 10, Udhampur 0, Rajouri 0, Doda 0, Kathua 0, Samba 0, Kishtwar 0, Poonch 0, Ramban 0 and Reasi 0.
Moreover, the officials said that 77 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals—12 from Jammu Division and 65 from Kashmir Valley.
The victim, they said, belonged to Kashmir Valley, taking the total death count to 1969—729 in Jammu and 1240 in the Valley.
There are 896 active cases—182 in Jammu and 714 in the valley while 124498 have recovered—51245 in Jammu and 73253 in the Valley.
