Poonch, Dec 27: A constable of BSF who shoot himself with his service rifle in Poonch district succumbed to the injuries in army’s Udhampur hospital on Sunday.
Official sources said that Constable P K Dass of 168 BN BSF of Uchad Arefa of Mendhar fired himself with the rifle and was shifted to Government Sub District hospital Mendhar. BMO Mendhar Dr Parvaiz Ahmed Khan told GNS that he was shifted to Udhampur army hospital via a helicopter. Sources said that the soldiers succumbed to the wounds.
