Director Labaika Umar Nazir Tibet Baqal Conferred with Ph.D degree

Srinagar: The Doctoral Monitoring Board of California Public University , USA has conferred Director Labaika, Umer Nazir Tibet Baqal, with Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) after reviewing his credentials for his educational qualification and the remarkable service rendered by him to the pilgrims during Hajj. It was recognised and appreciated by the british parliamentarian from the House of lords.  Due to the current world wide situation of Covid virus , the doctoral monitoring board decided to go for digital ceremony at Northern Mariana Island as precautionary measure.
