Covid-19 Claims Two More Lives, J&K Toll 135

Srinagar, Oct 28: Jammu and Kashmir reported four more covid-19 related deaths in last 24 hours, taking the fatality count to 1456.
Among those victims, they said, one was from Kashmir Valley and three others from Jammu.
The victim from Valley a 58-year-old woman from Bagh-e-Mehtaab Srinagar who was admitted to a hospital here and diagnosed with bilateral community acquired pneumonia on October 18.
The deaths from Jammu included two from the winter capital of the J&K and one from Kathua.
With these deaths, the fatality count has reached 968 in Valley and 488 in Jammu region.
Srinagar district with 348 deaths tops the list followed by Jammu (251), Baramulla (143), Budgam (92), Pulwama (80), Kupwara (72), Anantnag (74), Kulgam (46), Bandipora(46), Rajouri (46), Doda (45), Shopian (35), Ganderbal (32), Kathua (31), Udhampur (30), Samba (25), Poonch (23), Kishtwar(14), Ramban (13), and Reasi (8).
