Srinagar, Aug 19: A Labourer drowned in river Jehlum near Kernabel Kakapora area of south Kashmir Pulwama on Wednesday.
Official sources said that the 20-year-old labourer identified as Yaseen Ahmad Sheikh son of Bashir Ahmad Sheikh was extracting sand when he drowned near Sombura bridge. “Searches are underway to trace him out,” the officials added.
