LG meets family members of Waseem Bari and Sajad Ahmad Khandey

Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha today met with the family members of the deceased Sajad Ahmad Khandey, Sarpanch Vessu, Anantnag who was killed by the militants recently.
He also met with the family members of Political Activist Sheikh Waseem Bari, who along with his father and brother, was killed by the militants last month.
The Lt Governor expressed his heartfelt condolences to the members of the bereaved families.
While interacting with the family members at Raj Bhavan, the Lt Governor assured them that the Government will extend all possible assistance to the families of the Martyrs who laid down their lives while upholding the democratic values.
BVR Subrahmanyam, Chief Secretary was also present on the occasion.
