Govt transfers 2 IAS, 7 KAS officers

Srinagar, Aug 10: The government on Monday transferred Shabir Hussain Bhat, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, with immediate effect.
