Srinagar: A joint team o police and army have launched a cordon-and-search-operation (CASO) in at least five villages of Mendhar sub-division of Poonch district.
Official sources said that the joint team cordoned off the villages amid specific intelligence inputs.
Senior Superintendent of Police Poonch, Ramesh Angral said that operation has been launched on the basis of some information. “Operation has been launched and any development shall be shared accordingly,” he added.
