Sunit Gupta Posted Judge NIA Court, 3 Other Judicial Officers Shifted

Srinagar: The J&K High Court has ordered the transfer of four Judicial Officers in the interest of administration.
According to an order by Registrar General (Officiating) Ramesh Kumar Wattal, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal on deputation basis against the available vacancy.
Sanjeev Gupta, Registrar Vigilance, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu vice Ramesh Kumar Wattal.
Ms. Bala Jyoti, Registar Rules, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Judicial Member, J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu on deputation basis, against the available vacancy.
Sunit Gupta, District Judge, attached in Jammu Wing of the High Court, has been transferred and posted as 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, (designated NIA Court) Jammu, against the available vacancy.
