Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary addresses media. He said 90 percent of people are cooperating but if there is a one-percent loophole, it will create a lot of problems in the recovery from the present situation. He said the authorities have identified 648 high-risk contacts of those who have tested positive for COVID-19 and all under surveillance. Besides, he said, there are another 6,800 low-risk contacts who are being watched.
