55-year-old Sopore man killed as speeding motorcycle hits him

Sopore: A 55-year-old pedestrian was killed after he was hit by a speeding motorcycle at his native village in Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday.
Reports said that the man identified as Ghulam Mohammad War son of Ghulam Qadir War of Warpora Sopore received serious injuries after hit by the two-wheeler on Sunday morning.
The man was rushed to sub district hospital Sopore where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
A police officer said that a case has been registered and further investigations taken up.
