INS Impact: Government cracks whip on truckers carrying construction material without cover

Srinagar: Authorities on Tuesday swung into action and cracked a whip on trucks carrying construction material without putting a cover on them.

Officials said that officials of traffic police and other allied departments checked on the tippers that carry the material uncovered.

The checks were done at Highway in Pampore.

Officials said that they have imposed fine on the erring truckers.

INS has earlier carried a news that the truckers are violating government orders thereby creating nuisance for commuters.

Sources said that soon after the news officials were geared up to strictly impose the orders of the government.
