BJP now leads against NC-backed Independent candidate from Ladakh

Srinagar: After leading in initial phase of counting, Independent candidate Sajjad Hussain, supported by National Conference, is now trailing BJP’s Jamyang Tsering Namgyal. As per the latest round of voting Sajjad had 17714 votes while BJP’s Namgyal had 19073 votes while another independent Asgar Ali Karbalai had 14825 votes.
