Anantnag: Two Bharatiya Janata Party leaders have distanced themselves from the party in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Announcing his resignation on Facebook Mushtaq Ahmad, BJP District youth president from Kokernag,
said that he has left the party and should not be considered part of the organisation.
“I have no relation with BJP party now as I am resigning.  I am not come in any threat I have resigned my own will,” Ahmad said.
Another BJP leader, in charge Dooru Verinag Abdul Majeed Dar, sources said,  has rendered his resignation from the party at a local mosque in Nowgam Verinag area of Anantnag district.
“Abdul Majeed hails from the same village where recently Gull Mohd Mir  alia Atal vice president of BJP in district Anantnag was killed by suspected militants on May 5,” sources said.
