LS Polls: Handwara tops with 41.3 pc votes cast, lowest in Sopore 6.1 pc till 3 pm

LS Polls:  2 percent votes cast in Sopore, 15.06 percent in district Baramulla till 1 pm

Srinagar: Police District Sopore had the lowest turnout of voters till 3pm in the district Baramulla, as polling for the Baramulla parliamentary seat is underway in north Kashmir.

According to officials till 3 pm, in Baramulla 107561 votes were cast making, in Sopore total number of 12002 votes were cast.

They also said that in Handwara 75211 votes were cast, Kupwara had 107648 votes cast, and in Bandipora 62916 votes were cast till 3 pm.

The voter percentage to the areas was 24.4%, 6.1%, 41.3%, 40.9% and 26.9% respectively.
