Jammu: Governor Satya Pal Malik has greeted people on ‘Holi’ and Nauroz, hoping that the festivals would be harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the State.
In his message of felicitations, Governor said that the celebration of festivals, “a valuable part of our rich cultural heritage”, strengthens the bonds of brotherhood and amity.
