Srinagar: Former IAS officer Shah Faesal is going to launch political party on Sunday in Srinagar’s Rajbagh area.

The party will be named Jammu and Kashmir People’s Movement’

According to organisers function will be held at Gindun Ground in Rajbagh.

The 2010 batch UPSC topper resigned from the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in January this year to protest unabated killings in Kashmir and marginalisation of Indian Muslims.

Faisal recently resigned from the services.

Student activist Shehla Rashid Shora, according to sources, has joined Faisal’s JKPM.
