Bus rams into matador in Jammu, 9 injured, 3 critical

Jammu: Casualties are feared in the accident on Jammu Pathankot highway after a speed bus rammed into a passenger matador on Saturday morning.
According to police about 0930 near Thandi Khui (Vijaypur) a speedy bus (JK21B-7799) coming from Kathua to Jammu hit matador (JK02R-1460).
“The matador skidded off and during this 9 passengers of matador included minor child got injured, who were rushed to Govt Emergency hospital Vijaypur,” they said.
Three critically injured were referred to GMC Jammu after first aid, identified as Shashi Bala (32/33) W/o Sanjeev Kumar R/o W. No. 10, Hiranagar, Ramanand (30/31) S/o Bodh Raj R/o Kamala ( Vijaupur) and Ankush Kumar (23) S/o Late Harbans Lal R/o Chack Bagla (Ramgarh).
The injured are being treated at Vijaypur hospital identified as Nancy (27) D/o Surinder Kumar R/o W-12 Samba, Ram Bhai (29) W/o Ganesh Ram R/o Chhatisgarh A/P W-13 Vijaypur and her 3.5 yrs old child, Sahil Kumar S/o Ganesh Ram Chhatisgarh, Payal Gupta (37) W/o Ravi Vaid R/o W-01 Thalori Vijay, Karan Choudhary (18) S/o Mohan Lal R/o Ramgarh and Satish Kumar (18) S/o Bodh Raj R/o Khokhre Chack Ramgarh.
