Rajouri: An Army porter has been injured amid exchange of gunfire between India and Pakistan armies along line of control in Kalal area of Nowshera sector in Rajouri district of Jammu.

According to officials, Surjeet Kumar was hit by a bullet fired from Pakistan army.

Kumar has been shifted to medical facility for treatment, they said.

According to officials Pakistan resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation in the area which was retaliated by the Indian army.
