Srinagar:13 CRPF men were killed and 44 were injured, many of them critical after a Jaish e Mohammad militant outfit carried out a fidayeen attack on a convoy at Lethpora Awantipora on Thursday.

According to CRPF officials 13 personnel have been killed and 44 are injured.

The official said that among the injured some are critical.

 

Militant outfit Jaish e mohammad has claimed responsibility of the attack and said that a local militant carried out the operation.

They said that Adil Ahmad Dar from Kakapora had rammed a car laden with explosives and detonated it.
