Anantnag: officials of Wild Life department on Sunday rescued a bear from Bamdoora Larkipora area of this south Kashmir Anantnag. Reports said that there was panic in the area from last couple of days after the wild bear was seen in area. An official of the wild life department told INS that net was laid to catch the wild animal. On Sunday morning, the bear got trapped and it was later tranquillized and rescued. He said that the bear would be released in higher reaches in the local forest area, he added.
