Srinagar: Train services resumed Friday across Kashmir after remaining suspended for two days as a precautionary measure.

An official said that the trains shall chug normally today following a fresh advisory from police last night.

He said train service was resumed this morning on Badgam-Srinagar-Anantnag-Qazigund in south Kashmir to Banihal in Jammu region after remaining suspended since Monday for security reasons.

He said train runs on Srinagar-Badgam-Baramulla in north Kashmir track also resumed after remaining suspended for two successive days for security reasons
