Tral : A cordon and search operation has been launched by government forces in Dar-Ganiegund village of Aripal in south Kashmir’s Tral sub district on Friday morning.

According to the official sources, forces including 42 RR, SOG Tral and 180 BN CRPF, launched search operation in Dar area after receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area.

Search operation in this area was going on when this report was filed in.

More details are awaited.
