Govt recalls Dr. M.K. Kumar, also transfers 2 IFS officers

Govt transfers 2 IAS, 7 KAS officers

Srinagar: In the interest of administration, the government on Monday recalled Dr. M.K. Kumar, IFS (JK:2006), Additional Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and asked him to report to the Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment for further posting.
The government also transferred Anup Kumar Soni, IFS(JK:2012), Divisional Forest Officer, Urban Forest Division, Jammu, and deputed as Additional Chief Executive Officer, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board.
Vivek Verma, IFS, Conservator of Forests (Working Plan), has been transferred and deputed as
Additional Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
The government also ordered that during their deputation, Anup Kumar Soni and Vivek Verma shall be governed under the standard terms and conditions of deputation as contained in Schedule XVIII of J&K Civil Services \ Regulation (Vol. 11), 1956 read with SRO-192 and shall retain lien and promotion prospects in their parent service.
