Weatherman predicts more downpour

Srinagar: Weatherman on Friday predicted widespread rains and snowfall across the valley as rains lashed plains and snowfall at the upper reaches made the temperature dip in the region.

“The rains will continue to lash the plain while snow will fall in higher reaches,” spokesperson of the Meteorological Department said, adding that the weather will improve gradually from Saturday.
