Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir police on Wednesday issued an advisory requesting general public not to go near the Fateh Kadal encounter site.

A police spokesperson said that the advisory was issued as the encounter site is being sanitized and cleared by Bomb Disposal (BD) squad of J&K Police.

“Entering in such area can prove dangerous due to uncleared explosive materials and people are requested to cooperate with police till area is properly checked/cleared by police from all the explosive materials.”
