Bandipora: Clashes erupted between the Govt forces and people in Gundpora area of Onagam village here in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district after forces launched Cordon and search operation here on Friday.

Reports said that 27RR and SOG launched CASO after specific tip-off about the presence of militants in the area.
“As soon as forces cordoned off the area youth took to streets and pelted stones on them. Forces resorted to use of teargas shells to disperse protesters,” locals claimed.
