Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir police on Monday sought help of the general public to trace a missing minor boy Momin Ashraf Sheikh, 13.

A police statement said that the boy’s father Muhammad Ashraf Sheikh, a resident of Chandpora Habbakadal reported to police station Kralkhud that his son Momin Ashraf Sheikh, left home on Sunday, September 23 to play cricket, but didn’t  return home.

“After searching for him all over, they could not find him. The missing boy is wearing red shirt and blue jeans,” the police statement said.

The police has already filed an FIR and taken up investigations.

The police has requested general public to them on 9596770627, 9596347086, 9596222550 and 9596222551 if they find any clue about the boy.
