Encounter near MVD Univ: Five including SDPO injured

Jammu:  A police officer among five forces personnel has been injured in the gunfight near Mata Veshnodevi University after fleeing militants we’re tracked by Government forces in the area on Thursday.

According to sources SDPO Mohan Lal was  injured and has been ahifted to hospital.

A CRPF personnel too has been injured in the firefight.

The  injured in the encounter have been shifted SMVD Narayana Hospital katra.

The militants had fled from a naka at Jhajjar on SrinagarJammu highway after firing upon forces.
