Srinahar: An Army court has ordered disciplinary action against the infamous Maj Leetul Gogoi  who was detained by the police in May thisbyear with a local woman in a hotel in Srinagar.

Gogoi first hit the headlines when he tied a Budget man to a jeep bonet using him as a human shield. For which he was praised by his officers.
