Family Welfare women employees protest in Pulwama, Salaries pending from six months

Pulwama: Employees of Family welfare Thursday protested in the premise of Old hospital Pulwama demanding disbursement of their pending salaries from past six months.

“We have been pushed to come on roads, how does this government think that without giving us our rightful salary, we will be doing our jobs and sustain families,” they said.

CMO pulwama Dr Jagger confirmed that the employees have not been provided their salaries from past six months and directed this corresponded to talk to Deputy CMO. “He is in a better position to talk on this matter,” Jagger said.

Despite repeated attempts the official was not available to comment.
