Forces launch CASO in Shopian villages

baramulla: Government Forces on Thursday launched a cordon and search operation at Drusoo area of Behrampora villages Sopore in North Kashmir.
Reports reaching to INS that Army’s 22 RR, Special Operation Group (SOG) of police and CRPF sealed off whole area and started door to door search operation.
SSP Sopore Javid Iqbal told INS that CASO was underway in the area amid inputs about the presence of militants. Sources said that forces believe that there are two to three militants hiding in the village and include locals.
