Bandipora: Scam surfaces in Executive engineer PHE’s office, Regularisation documents forged, employees cry fraud

Bandipora: Executive Engineer PHE (Hydraulic)  Bandipora has been accused of tampering with the original list Submitted for Regularisation of Services from Bandipora Division.

At least 60 blue-eyed persons allegedly have been illegally added in the Daily wagers list.

As per the Documents available with INS, AEE PHE (Hydraulic) tried to tamper with the original list submitted for regularization while added 60 blued eyed Persons.

Documents reveal that PHE AEE tried to include additional names in the Daily wagers list illegally which are 60 in number to benefits them under SRO 520.

Documents Further Revealed that there are 46 casual Labours in Bandipora Division and instead Forwarded list of 104 Candidates for regularization of Services. “58 names have been added illegally,” sources say.

“PHE Department has also drawn salary for 46 casual labours and in the month of February they also sought salary of 8.20 lac in favour of 44 casual labours under MH-2702,” reveal documents.

In this Regard, Department has Sought an Explanation from AEE Refer number 1191-92 stating that it has been found that Adhar based list submitted in favour of seasonal coolies of I&FC sector varies with the  Records of office as instead of 46.

“TheConcerned AEE  has failed to explain and Rationalise the appointment of 58 additional blued eyed Candidates till now,” officials confided.

Meanwhile scores of casual labours alleged that AEE prepared a ‘forged daily wager list and submitted it to the government’.

 

The Casual Labours, wishing anonimity for fear of reprisal claimed that AEE PHE have prepared list of candidates on political influence.

Casual Labours of PHE Department has appealed Governor NN Vohra and DC Bandipora Dr Shahid iqbal Choudhary to look into the matter and take Strict action against tainted officials.

When Contacted to Superintendent Engineer Hydraulic Ghulam Hassan Gojiri in this Regard, he said he will Verify about the case.
